Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, determining their needs and recommending products.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and follow-ups.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets to contribute to team success.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with cash registers and POS systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
