Responsibilities

- Exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining premium brand standards

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide KPIs

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with point-of-sale technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid PA driver's license (if required for inventory duties)
