Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Contribute to store cleanliness and organized displays to enhance customer experience
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop product expertise
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
