Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create appealing product displays
- Manage inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a target-driven environment
