Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Merchandise and organize store displays to maintain a visually appealing environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Experience with CRM or POS software is a plus.
