About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary focus will be driving revenue through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. We are looking for someone who is energetic, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and identifying customer needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain store appearance, ensuring shelves are stocked and merchandise is organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and care.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as required by the weekend shift schedule.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
