Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming store environment.

- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and merchandise adjustments according to company guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash management and security checks.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
