Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entering the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Build a client base by collecting contact information and following up on purchases.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience preferred, with a strong desire to learn.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards that align with the brand's image.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
