Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional first impression upon entry.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering detailed inquiries, and making informed recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean sales floor environment.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets to support store performance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail sales or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
