Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Merchandise and organize the sales floor to maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store appearance.
- Stay informed about product inventory, pricing, and promotions to answer customer inquiries.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on conflict resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and seasonal displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- A valid California driver's license is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fresno location.
