Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor immediately upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Drive revenue by actively identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate upsells.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are pristine.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on conflict resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas organized, tidy, and fully stocked.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience preferred, though enthusiastic beginners are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent availability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience are required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
