Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting customers upon arrival to the store.
- Assisting customers in locating and selecting products to meet their needs.
- Processing sales transactions accurately at the register using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handling customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Adhering to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
