Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their lifestyle preferences.
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping journey.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including folding, organizing, and restocking merchandise to company standards.
- Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture.
- Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a professional setting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
