Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Provide welcoming and professional service to all customers, answering questions and addressing needs with a positive attitude.
- Sales Performance: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate products, and drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising & Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking inventory, folding merchandise, and executing visual displays.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and assist with floor supervision during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail sales experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using technology, including POS systems and mobile devices.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
