Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to drive sales.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring all discounts and promotions are applied correctly.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked. Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and inventory levels to answer customer questions confidently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Math Skills: Strong ability to handle cash and perform basic mathematical calculations.
