Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively greet and assist customers, recommend products, and close sales to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide top-tier service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through active listening and problem-solving.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, processing returns, and executing stock counts accurately.
- Brand Advocacy: Uphold the company's brand image and values at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the management team and assist with store events and promotions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; comprehensive training provided for the right candidate.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and customer-focused mindset.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
