Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with enthusiasm and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.
- Sales Execution: Drive store sales by effectively promoting products and closing transactions at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock counts, and execute replenishment as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow associates and management to achieve team goals and maintain a positive store culture.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s image and values in all customer interactions and daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holiday availability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
