Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor and ensure displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and clutter-free sales environment throughout the shift.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
