Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory software
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred for potential store errands
