Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet/exceed weekend sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize weekend inventory flow
- Actively identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
