Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Drive weekend sales through upselling techniques and promotional product awareness
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly with a solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) and flexible hours as needed
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, inventory software)
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
