Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain attractive displays and store presentation
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
- Uphold brand standards in store cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
