Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering detailed inquiries, and providing expert product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product signage is current.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to retain loyalty and protect brand reputation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or previous retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional weekday evenings.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems and computer applications.
- A professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous sales or customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred.
