Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Consistently achieve/exceed daily and weekly sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash management procedures
- Conduct inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive store-wide sales initiatives and promotions
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced retail environments
- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts with occasional holidays)
