Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide expert product knowledge and offer personalized recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including maintaining store displays and ensuring a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Restock inventory and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- A passion for fashion, retail, and exceptional customer service.
