As a weekend associate, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find exactly what they need while driving sales and maintaining our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome customers entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to execute weekend promotions and achieve sales targets.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict accuracy and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing store priorities and team needs.
