Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Merchandise and organize the sales floor to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
- Learn and communicate product knowledge, promotions, and brand values to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and seasonal rollouts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
