- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction.
- Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to recommend additional products and increase the average transaction value.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and colleagues to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
