Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding the right products by utilizing active listening and in-depth product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to maximize product visibility.
- Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with computer systems and POS software is an asset.
