Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products or services to meet their requirements.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store displays and visual standards to ensure the sales floor looks inviting and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and support store operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customer bases.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our stores operate on a 7-day schedule.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and professional demeanor with a strong desire to succeed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
