- Sales Generation: actively listen to customer needs and recommend products/services that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to support store goals and assist with inventory management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Interpersonal: Ability to connect with diverse customers and work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Attendance: Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs), and navigate the sales floor efficiently.
