Qualifications
- 2+ years proven retail or sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in POS systems and sales analytics tools

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
