Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Manage visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide KPIs
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales technique workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
