Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase value.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key accounts and customers.
- Track and manage all sales activities using our CRM software to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (new graduates with high drive are encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated attitude with a hunger to achieve high-performance results.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Boston metro area.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
