Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain organized, visually appealing store displays and merchandise
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support team goals through collaborative sales floor coverage
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and store presentation
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on inventory
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and basic math abilities
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (15-20 hours/week)
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
