Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and styling assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging store displays
- Achieve sales targets through upselling techniques and product knowledge
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Participate in daily store meetings and training programs
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Passion for fashion and current trends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
