Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support store operations and promotions
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience with track record of exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural charisma
- Strong product knowledge aptitude and willingness to learn new categories
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail technologies
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
