- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while building long-term client relationships
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain meticulous inventory management
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create captivating in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to drive store-wide sales goals and operational excellence
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise on luxury collections

- Support store opening/closing procedures and maintain pristine store appearance
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end customer service experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in premium environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in transaction processing
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
