Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers warmly and actively listen to their needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently operate the POS system to process sales, returns, exchanges, and gift cards with accuracy.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with our brand standards.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current trends, inventory levels, and product features to assist customers effectively.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Team Collaboration: Support team members during peak hours and assist in stock replenishment and floor moves.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Technology: Proficient in using computer systems and mobile devices.
