- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize the average transaction value.
- Maintain store appearance and organization, ensuring inventory levels are stocked and displays are appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
