Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing detailed product knowledge, and demonstrating features.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Organize merchandise displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
