Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and needs-based recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by exceeding daily/monthly targets and KPIs
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and returns
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in store events and promotional campaigns
- Maintain compliance with loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred for multi-store support
