Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers and providing expert product knowledge.
- Assist customers with their selections, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are appealing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
