Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, identifying their needs and providing tailored product recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently at the register, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and store goals.
- Assist in inventory control, including stock replenishment, price changes, and merchandise presentation.
Qualifications
