Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Drive sales achievement by upselling, cross-selling, and meeting/exceeding targets
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales and KPI goals
- Participate in product training and seasonal collection launches
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong aptitude for fashion trends and product knowledge
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- College degree or equivalent retail certification preferred
