Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs and answer questions.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate knowledge of products to make recommendations and educate customers.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a professional appearance.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with patience and a positive attitude.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
