Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making informed purchase decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
