Your Role as a Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you are more than just a cashier; you are a brand ambassador. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and helping our customers find exactly what they need.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer warmly and assist them with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Sales Execution: Upsell products and explain features/benefits to maximize sales and average transaction value.
- Transaction Processing: Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash, and process returns or exchanges accurately.
- Inventory Management: Help with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and support management during peak hours.
Qualifications
