Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, establishing a positive first impression.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, ensuring proper handling of cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we provide full on-the-job training.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
