Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Sales Execution: Assist customers in the sales process, process transactions accurately at the POS, and upsell additional products when appropriate.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving and organizing merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and support fellow associates.
